Eligibility for Returns

  1. To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased the Revit content from our website.
  2. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  3. The Revit content must not have been downloaded or used in any Revit projects to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  2. Our customer support team will verify your eligibility for a return and guide you through the return process.

Refund

  1. Once your return is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  2. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and you can expect to receive the refund within 14 days of our receipt of your valid return request.

Effect on License Rights

  1. In the event you are granted a refund, all license rights granted for the purchased Revit content will terminate.
  2. Upon receiving a refund, you must immediately destroy any and all copies of the Revit content contained on any type of media under your control or possession.
